The first section of the showcase highlights the office building, including completely reflashed wall transition flashing, enhanced ventilation, a redone chimney exterior, and improved water handling at the eavestroughing system.

The office building was completed with a focus on the details that protect a commercial roof system from repeated water exposure. Wall transitions were reflashed, ventilation was improved, and exterior roof details were cleaned up for a straighter, more reliable finished layout.
The eavestroughing system was also expanded where needed to guide water into the gutters properly, reducing the chance of water spilling back onto the shingles during runoff.

The wall transition flashing was completely reflashed, giving the office roof a cleaner layout and stronger protection where the roof meets the wall.
Ventilation and chimney exterior
Enhanced ventilation was added and the chimney exterior was redone to improve the finished roof details and support better roof system performance.

The eavestroughing system was expanded to guide water properly into the gutters instead of allowing runoff to spill onto the shingles.

The residence roof started with an aging layout that had many leaking flashing areas and crooked shingle lines. The replacement corrected the roof layout while improving the flashing, ventilation, and waterproofing details.
The completed system used IKO Cambridge shingles, IKO Hip & Ridge, RoofNado AnchorDeck, IKO StormShield around penetrations and at the eaves, drip edge on all eaves, Duraflo WeatherPro 50 air vents, custom termination flashing, metal goosenecks, and a four-nail fastening pattern.
