West Country Roofing was built on new construction. Before 2022, our work was driven primarily by word of mouth builder relationships, with most of our volume centered around brand new homes rather than reroof projects.
We have roofed entire subdivisions, hundreds of new homes, and significant portions of large developments across the Central Okanagan. Saddleback Way and much of Rose Valley on the left side of Westlake Road are examples of full-area subdivision work we originally roofed, alongside substantial portions of other neighborhoods throughout the region.
