Old roof removal and deck inspection
We removed the aging roofing system so the wood deck could be reviewed before the new roof was installed. Any concerns could be addressed before the deck was covered.
Waterproofing and roof layout
New underlayment and eave protection created a secondary drainage layer. Careful layout helped keep shingle courses straight and transition details clean.
Shingles, metal, and final detailing
The shingles were installed with a four-nail pattern, while flashings, vents, ridges, and visible transitions were completed as one coordinated roof system.

Roof-to-wall flashing
Custom metal flashing was installed at the roof-to-wall transition to help direct water away from vulnerable areas. Drip edge detailing also helps protect the fascia and rake edges from moisture and wind-driven rain.
Open-cut valleys
The valleys were completed in a manufacturer-recommended open-cut style with 26-gauge metal for a cleaner, more durable drainage path through one of the roof's highest-flow areas.
Course finish
Straight courses and clean finishing help the roof look as good as it performs, giving the home a sharper finished appearance from every visible angle.
